What Solarly does
Solarly monitors public compliance and permitting sources for Texas solar installers, including jurisdictions like the Houston Permitting Center and Harris County Fire Marshal. Our service aggregates public-source data and delivers alerts so installers can react to changes before designs are rejected.
Information we collect
- Waitlist form data. If you submit the pilot-slot form on our landing page, we collect your email address and the operating market you select. We use this to reach out about the pilot program and to notify you when Solarly is available in your region.
- Usage data. We collect standard web analytics such as page views, referral URLs, device type, and browser version to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it.
- Support inquiries. When you contact us, we keep the conversation and any details you share so we can respond and improve the service.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve Solarly, communicate with you about the pilot program, provide customer support, and detect abuse or security issues. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build unrelated advertising profiles.
Sharing and subprocessors
